The fishing season has officially begun for Eastslope Adventures in Alberta, Canada. Alberta has been experiencing high and off-color the past few weeks, but the rivers are currently in shape and the fishing is getting better everyday! For those of you not familiar with this operation you can read my trip report from last summer here.
A recent Fly Water guest returning from Eastslope Adventures put it succinctly when he said “I didn’t catch anything less than 20 inches in three days. Oh yes, there was that one cutthroat that was 19 inches!”
We currently have space at the Eastslope Adventures Lodge for two anglers until July 15th! If you’re able to get away on short notice and haven’t fished for rainbow trout that AVERAGE 18 inches then this is your chance.
Getting to Eastslope Adventures is relatively easy. Guests may fly into either Kalispell, MT or Calgary, AB and rent a car. The drive time from Kalispell is 3.5 hours and 3 hours from Calgary.
Cost of this trip = $2,240 per person for a 5 night/4 day package, based on double occupancy
Included: Accommodations and meals at the lodge, guided fishing, transportation to/from the river, flies (feel free to bring your own).
Not Included: Airfare, accommodations and meals other than lodge, staff & guide gratuities, fishing equipment, alcohol, licenses.
Give us a call at 800-552-2729 if you’d like to fish for the trophy trout of a lifetime this month!
