The Rising Tide is a 58′ Hatteras wide-body yacht that serves as a live-aboard mothership for anglers and families looking for a unique and diverse Belizean fly fishing experience. Protected by the second largest barrier reef in the world, Belize has long been an exciting saltwater flats destination for keen saltwater fly anglers. In recent years, Belize has made great strides in further protecting this resource, instituting new conservation laws and providing enforcement which in turn has been providing more and better fishing opportunities. Trips aboard the Rising Tide offer great variety, custom itineraries, skilled guides and an exclusive experience for groups of anglers from 2 – 6 people.
Good populations of bonefish, schooling and solo cruising permit, juvenile tarpon, migratory tarpon (in-season), snook, barracuda, jack crevalle and various snapper species can all be found during a week of fishing on the Rising Tide, or in a single day. Trips on the Rising Tide can be tailored to meet the specific fishing goals of the group. Whether it’s a throw-at-anything-that-moves itinerary or doubling down on the permit of your dreams, the location and track of the boat can be customized to meet your goals.
