Norlakes is the premier lodge on the upper Babine and one of the three hardest steelhead lodges in North America to get into. We just received word that they have four unexpected late-season openings. While air temps tend to be cold this week, historical records show this to be one of the highest catch rate weeks of the year, season after season.
Located on the clear flowing upper reaches of the famed Babine River, Billy LaBonte’s Babine Norlakes Lodge is a classic fly fishing camp for the serious steelheader. With the longest season of any BC steelhead camp, Babine Norlakes takes pride in creating an operation that involves fly fishing hard and playing hard each and every day of the season.
