Eva's Bonefish Lodge is located in the town of Staniard Creek on North Andros Island in the Bahamas. The lodge is ideally positioned to take advantage of the vast flats, creeks and mangrove estuaries of North Andros. The lodge accommodates up to six anglers at a time and offers anglers unparalleled access to world class bonefishing opportunities. Although Eva’s Bonefish Lodge is new in the area, they have made a big impact in a short amount of time by offering fantastic expertise, friendly and prompt service and professionalism through and through from the whole operation.
The Andros Barrier Reef is the third largest in the world and the second largest in the western hemisphere. It stretches some 140 miles along the east coast of the island and rims the Tongue of the Ocean, with its 6,000-foot drop-off. Additionally, Andros Island features many Blue Holes (underwater cave systems) which have been the scene of some of the deepest underwater cave explorations in the world.
The island's waterways offer spectacular opportunities to explore vast flats systems for both large solo cruising bonefish and school. Andros Island’s incredible 2300 square mile size may well contain some of the largest tracts of unexplored land in the Western hemisphere.
The bonefishing on Andros island can be spectacular. Various other game fish can also be found including permit, tarpon, barracuda, mutton snapper, jacks and shark. Anglers fish two per boat from fly fishing dedicated flats skiffs with a single guide.
Accommodations and Meals:
